The Rock is a culmination of a 15 years old friendship. Andrius and Jørgen has meet as young coaches on tournaments and in 2008 they collaborated on making the first summer camp together for generation 1994. Since then Andrius and Jørgen har made several camps together all with the same focus: Make the individual development both interesting and relevant for each player.

Both coaches has a large network among high level development coaches and The Rock is the place where these coaches meet and combine their abilities to serve the players.

It is the aim that The Rock will become an institution in the development of Northern European players and set a new benchmark for how to work summer camps in Scandinavia.
