What to bring

You are going to practice for a week. We are going to go swim. We will rest. Pack for this :-)
Here are some pointers for your packing:
- Some will have problems with their feet when they do a lot of practice. Perhaps you are going to need something for blisters.
- It’s more fun to interact with the others than spending time on your devices. Perhaps bring a board game?
- No speakers are allowed
- Please bring your health insurance card in case we need to take you the doctor
- Should we stopped by Danish or Swedish authorities it would help a lot if you carry your passport with you
- We are going to stay in classrooms, so back an air mattress and sleeping bag so you will get a good nights sleep. Rest will be very important
- Pack in two bags. A backpack to bring with you on the bus. A large bag for the trunk of the bus. Please see if you can have all your stuff in these two units
- We are going to bring Molten balls. If you want to bring your favorite ball, you are most welcome to do so.
- On the day of departure you bring your own lunch. Make sure this also include a water bottle you can use all week.
- At night you will have the option to buy a sluch ice or a french toast for reasonable prices at the school where we stay. You can use cash or mobilepay

Corona restrictions

It is no secret that restrictions due to COVID has made the planning process difficult. We will do our very best to make sure that no one will be to affected by this while being on The Rock. If we get an outbreak during the camp everyone must be send home, so let’s help each other follow the restrictions. We are going to ask for everyones collaboration in order to make sure we stay clear of any problems due to COVID. This entails the following:
- Every participant must hold a valid Corona passport at all times, where the most recent test is not more than 72 hours old. During the camp we will set up times where those participants will go and get tested.
- We kindly ask all participants to go and get tested prior to the camp. We are not going to check these tests as we do not have legal basis to do so, but out of courtesy to one another.
- We are as a starting point not going allow participants to visit the city or anything like this when there is free time on the camp, to ensure all participants stay in our bubble.
- We are glad to welcome visitors, just they must hold a valid corona passport.
