safety and security

Our many years of experience in running camps means that we have a good sense of what parents usually have to worry about when sending their children to camp.

SECURITY FACTS

We collect child certificates from all coaches and camp leaders
A first aid kit is always present at practices
24-hour phone directly to the camp director
We have a car to our disposal at all times for e.g. fast transport to doctor or emergency room
We monitor closely when the players goes swimming
Ingestion of alcohol, tobacco and narcotics means immediate repatriation.

In addition, all players are always welcome to contact the coaches with any problems. We are there to help.

PROTECTION AND SAFETY

We make sure that security is top notch - even when you have to be away from home for a week. We do our part so that the parents at home can rest assured that the safety is in order. In addition to a high level sporting experience, the parents must know that everything takes place in a safe environment. The players must experience that the camp is both safe and fun. We make sure that should you get an injury at practice, there will be first aid equipment at hand.

Accommodation

At the camp we spend the night in classrooms at Lundehusskolen. There will be enough space in the classrooms so you can have your belongings and have a quite corner. Players will be divided according to age and gender. Camp director and coaches also live at the school, and there is a coach present during the night, so the participants have somewhere to get help day and night.

Camp area - Safety and quality comes first

The Rock has some of the best facilities in the country. The area around Lundehusskolen and Lundehushallen is green and that invites to lots of movement during the breaks. It is safe to move around and all activities are close to Lundehusskolen. There will be a real “camp vibe” when we will make full use of the facilities in the area.

Friends - going to camp by yourself

Rest assure that you can go to The Rock by yourself. When the camp is over you will have made new friends. Naturally, you will get close to the players in your training group. We will set up the practice so that it happens. At the other camps we have done before, we have seen many players who come alone, and your child will therefore not be the only one. Also in the sleeping situation we will make sure that if you go to the camp alone, then you will not share a classroom with a group of players where everyone else knows each other. We will carefully set this up. There will definitely be friendships across The Rock. We will take good care of you and do everything to make sure you have the best week ever.
